Today Greens turns 18.
It was a young man's dream to open a vegetarian restaurant some day. And it was years later, after his wife and the first members of the team got together and helped him realize that dream.
The foundation and secret of our success lies in our people. We wouldn't not have come so far without their dedication and loyalty.
...To our customers: some of you have been coming here for many years, our regulars who continue to motivate us. Families and invidivuals who are indelible parts of Greens.
In fact, some literally grew up eating at Greens. Some started coming with their parents and others were high school students who would come on their own.
We still remember when you had your date here. Then you both got married and still came regularly. Then had kids and also brought them here.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for making Greens what it is today. As you keep coming, we will keep cooking.
